    The oil change and fuel filter change was completed but the check and service of the tires was signed off as set to factory yet the tires needed to be serviced when I got home to 35 psi

    I got pre approved at the bank it no sooner went through when GMC Vacaville called me and said they had what I wanted a Acadia Denali so I went in and Roberto met me we did the paperwork they got me a better rate than the bank I feel I got a good deal everyone was very friendly and helpful if I ever buy another car I will visit GMC Vacaville

    Service desk worker taking in my vehicle for the first Service was rude, short, and uninterested in helping me with questions regarding my warrenty. Customer service training is advised. Be more accomodating, and address all customer needs even if yall think they are insignificant. We purchased our vehicles, care for them, and keep GMC and they workers employed. Do better.
