My experience at the dealership was outstanding. I made an appointment the day before and the check in went smoothly. Brent Lewis always takes care of my concerns and is always very knowledgeable. This car was purchased at the Vacaville dealership and I would not take it to another dealer for service. I would highly recommend the Vacaville dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase an automobile.

The service advisor verbally stated that my 2024 Silverado 1500 would not go into reverse. However didn’t pursue the cause. On the 17th my transmission went out while running errands in Elk Grove.
