My issue with my truck should have been under my warranty, because it was a drive tran issue, but I had to pay $285. which is wrong

Zero first I was told I need to hear about extend warranty and said I was not interested. And i was told he had to. Next I was told they were detailing the vehicle came out not detailed. So I was told bring it back tomorrow I waited 3 hours and still not detailed wax on hood outside windows not cleaned just a poor job.
